1. Acceptance of Services

By purchasing from us, you agree that you are acquiring digital goods intended for lawful marketing and e-commerce operations.

2. Delivery and Ownership Guarantee

We pride ourselves on our Full Ownership Provide Guarantee. Upon a successful transaction:

• Digital assets will be delivered to your registered email address within the specified timeframe (usually instant or within 24-48 hours for custom setups).
• We will hand over all relevant login credentials, Original Email (OQE), and recovery details associated with the asset.
• Once the handover is complete and the initial login is successful, you become the sole legal owner of the account. GetPVASMM waives all access rights to the delivered asset.

3. Warranty & Replacement Policy

Due to the sensitive algorithmic nature of digital platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Stripe, etc.), our replacement warranty is strict and explicitly defined:

• Covered: If the account faces a sudden restriction, lock, or ban upon your very first login attempt, we will provide a free replacement after reviewing your proxy logs.
• Not Covered: We are NOT responsible for bans, payment holds, or restrictions that occur after a successful login, during ad campaign launches, or due to violations of third-party platform policies. Algorithm changes and ad approvals are beyond our control.

4. Payments, Sales & Chargebacks

Given the irreversible nature of digital asset transfers:

• All sales are considered final once the digital credentials have been delivered securely to your email.
• We accept Cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC) and select secure gateways to ensure privacy and speed.
• Anti-Fraud Policy: Any attempt to initiate a fraudulent chargeback or dispute after receiving the working digital assets will result in permanent blacklisting from the GetPVASMM network, and the delivered assets will be forcibly recovered or locked.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the digital infrastructure purchased from GetPVASMM for any of the following activities:

• Engaging in illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activities (e.g., phishing, scamming, identity theft).
• Violating international financial regulations, including money laundering.
• Reselling the exact assets without proper authorization or misrepresenting our brand.

GetPVASMM reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders if we suspect the assets will be used for malicious purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GetPVASMM, its founders, or support staff be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including loss of profits, data, or ad spend—arising from the use or inability to use our provided digital assets. Your use of these third-party accounts is at your own risk.
